Free shipping in France. Your products ship from our warehouses in Europe. You receive your order within 3 to 7 days after payment is confirmed.

All our parcels ship with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as they leave. Kits may arrive in several parcels, each with its own tracking number.

International shipping: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be payable by the recipient.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and busy periods.

On receipt, check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier and note any damage.

Returns

14-day money-back guarantee.

Consumers: you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Let us know via the Contact page, then send the product back complete, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You will be refunded within 14 days of your request; the refund may be withheld until we receive the product.

Business customers: the right of withdrawal does not apply. A damaged or non-conforming product must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Damaged or non-conforming product: write to us with your order number and photos. Once validated, the product will be replaced or refunded. Please do not send any parcel back without contacting us first.
